Selfie Astana, the newest creation of the Russian-based restaurant group White Rabbit Family, will offer fine dining from the 18th floor. The White Rabbit family was founded in 2011 by Boris Zarkov and its brand chef is Vladimir Mukhin, whose concept White Rabbit has been listed in World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
