Dubai-based developer Omniyat has announced that its luxury One Palm development will be managed by Dorchester Collection, making it the first residential project in the Middle East to be operated by the hospitality brand.
Omniyat’s partnership with Dorchester Collection presents the luxury hotel operator’s first time in the Middle East region.
New York-based architects SOMA are behind the design of the waterfront residences, located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, and featuring only 90 apartments.
The building’s architecture, which includes double and triple height spaces and dramatic cantilevers, Omniyat provides outdoor living spaces as well as a private jetty, which will allow residents to dock their yachts.
The project also includes an informal restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor cinema, and barbecue area, as well as a cigar lounge and spa.
The apartments consist of three-, four- and five-bedroom residences and three triplex penthouses.
One Palm offers owners two interior design concepts, including Japanese studio Super Potato’s minimal and nature-inspired design, and UK-based luxury design firm Elicyon’s more opulent interiors.
Omniyat is also the developer behind the Zaha Hadid-designed The Opus building located in Dubai’s Business Bay area, and featuring a glass structure with a central void.
