Dubai-headquartered Central Hotels has opened two luxury properties in the city, doubling its room inventory.
The recently opened Canal Central Hotel has 280 rooms and suits, food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, gym, spa, an infinity swimming pool, and salons.
Located in Business Bay on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 5-star Canal Central Hotel has unobstructed views of the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa. The hotel will include nightlife offerings such as Lilly’s Social House.
Central Hotels also opened Royal Central The Palm, located on the east crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The beachside resort features 207 rooms with amenities including water sports, an outdoor swimming pool, gym and health spa.
Hotel management group Central Hotels has its flagship property First Central Hotel Suites located in Barsha Heights (TECOM) near Sheikh Zayed Road. The operator is looking to expand its footprint targeting the UAE and Turkey as the primary markets for growth in addition to other lucrative destinations in the Middle East.
The operator plans to open Central House Citywalk focused on millennials, Novotel The Palm, Diamond Central – Business Bay, and Island Central in Dubai; as well as Valley Central Bursa, and Valley Central Trabzon in Turkey.
