Hansgrohe sees a surge in EcoSmart technology

Hansgrohe has launched a Middle East website after a surge in interest from regional customers and trade professionals.

The website will include partner details, information on Hansgrohe’s projects in the Middle East, local events, job opportunities, press releases, and additional content in Arabic.

Dirk Schilmoeller, sales & marketing manager Middle East, Hansgrohe said the kind of requests it receives are questions about which mixer goes with which basin, cleaning recommendations, guarantee period and after-sales support and information about  green/EcoSmart technologies.

Trade professionals in the region want to know what distinguishes Hansgrohe from the competition, which famous designers it works with and recent projects in the area.

“Since first introducing our products in the Middle East in 1997, we have witnessed a surge in interest for regionally relevant content from both customers and trade professionals. Today we are improving our service by launching our Middle East website”, said Schilmoeller.

The products Middle Eastern customers are most interested in right now include Axor: The Axor Citterio and Axor Starck collections, the Metris range with the ComfortZone which allows to select the height of the mixer; the Raindance Select handshower; the PuraVida range and products fitted with Ecosmart technology

The website is available in two versions – one for end consumers and one for trade professionals. and
