Exclusive preview: Dubai’s Noon Art Hotel Apartments and Gallery
Noon Art Hotel Apartments and Gallery has opened up in the Dubai district of Al Barsha, becoming the city’s first art-inspired hotel and gallery.
The project was coordinated by Khalid Al Mutawa, and was brought to life by three Middle East and North African artists.
The artists involved include Emirati Dr. Najat Meky, Qatari resident Ali Hassan, and Tunisian national Khaled Ben Simane.
Sami Kriaa, general manager, said: “Noon Art Boutique Hotel Apartments and Gallery is a refreshing concept that will encapsulate the importance of art and culture in this ever-expanding city.
“We have created a beautiful refuge for like-minded people to come together and by doing so we are supporting and nurturing the existing artistic heritage of Dubai.”
Throughout the 12 floors, guests and visitors can enjoy a wide array of contemporary paintings, sculptures and ceramics, such as the winding bench on the ground floor and the feature walls that display Arabic calligraphy.
Noon Art Hotel Apartments and Gallery comes with a complete art gallery located on the ground floor, which will be open to the public and will support regional and local artists.
