Emaar Properties’ Creek Horizon residential project, designed by SSH, at Dubai Creek Harbour has reached ground level.
The two tower project is part of the Dubai Creek Harbour master planned development, a joint venture by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding.
Once complete, the towers will top out at 39-storeys and 36-storeys, each with three-level podiums and ground level.
Creek Horizon will also offer individual townhouses and shared leisure amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and recreational areas.
The towers’ orientation has been designed to maximise on the available views of the waterfront, harbour and central park within the district while also offering long-distance vista opportunities, SSH said in a statement.
The architectural forms create a destination within the new district and responds to the views of the Dubai skyline, waterfront, central park and creek beyond, the statement added.
SSH has also recently completed a new cultural complex in Kuwait, which is connected by a central ‘spine’ that includes multiple functions such as shading. The architecture firm has also recently announced that it has opened an office in Saudi Arabia.
