Fit-out works have been completed for a school within Emaar Properties‘ newly opened Springs Souk.
According to Construction Week, Dubai-based Dufit Interiors has handed over the Brooklyn Melodies school to its developers following the completion of fit-out work for the development.
Brooklyn Melodies’ Springs Souk branch was awarded to Dufit Interiors in April 2018.
In a statement, Dufit said it used spatial elements to ensure the project’s timely delivery.
Commenting on the contract’s completion, Elio Gebrayel, managing director of Dufit Interiors, said: “Our work efficiency is derived from using a wide pool of resourced and deep rooted knowledge in project management.”
Recently, Springs Souk shopping centre also opened, offering residents 100 shops and restaurants.
Developed by Emaar Malls, the Springs Souk serves Emaar’s residential communities such as The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, Emirates Hills, The Views, and the Greens.
Springs Souk boasts 23,000m² of leasable space across two floors of retail and leisure amenities, which will include a gym and a six-screen Reel Cinemas complex on the first floor.
The cinema is yet to open, and a date for completion has not been made public yet.
