The Campbell Gray Living Residences have been completed in Amman, Jordan, featuring pixelated glass and marble twin-towers designed by Paris-based A.S.Architecture Studio.
The luxury residences include one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed by London-based Martin Brundnizki Design Studio, in collaboration with hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray.
In addition to the residences, the mixed-use development features offices and retail space, as well as 5 star hotel scheduled to open in 2020.
Campbell Grey Living Amman is located in the heart of the city’s downtown area, Abdali, featuring a facade of glass and marble that aims to create an urban statement that could be seen across the city.
The first tower, which houses the residences, is made up of pixelated glass combined with translucent marble, while the second hotel tower is covered in transparent blue screen printed glass, reminiscent of the changing reflections of the water.
The apartments are semi-furnished with hardwood oak from Lebanon which is used throughout the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas. In also features a smart home automation system.
Residents can also request for bespoke furnishing services, also designed by Martin Brundnizki Design Studio.
Blurring the line between residential and hospitality amenities, the residences includes two hotel-style lobbies with 24-hour concierge services. It will also be hosting luxury boutiques, cafes and restaurants, as well as a rooftop leisure area, a private infinity-edged pool, cabanas, teak loungers, fire-pits, and a Jacuzzi.
By 2020, the development will also include a 5 star hotel that will be accessible to residents via a private underground tunnel.
The project is developed by Al Seraje Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Audeh Group.
