Bond Interiors is set to fit-out $700,000 Versace-inspired villas, after having completed the fit-out of the Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel.
Under the terms of the deal awarded by Forum Group, Bond Interiors will fit-out four villas within the developer’s XXII Carat project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
The project is located on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent, in a gated, beachfront community comprising of 22 luxury villas.
The scope of Bond Interiors’ four-villa contract includes the installation of gypsum ceilings, painted glass-reinforced gypsum (GRG) wall and ceiling mouldings, marble floors and cladding, kitchen and vanity tops, kitchen counters and cabinets, wardrobes, and villa doors.
The contract will be completed in two phases: work on Villa 21 will commence on 10 June, while fit-out activities for Villas 12, 13, and 20 are expected to begin on 25 June.
Fit-out works for all four villas are scheduled to complete by 25 December, 2017.
