Matt Jackson has joined BDG architecture + design as associate director.
Jackson’s work draws on a portfolio that includes large retailers, top legal firms, and financial service providers.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: “I am delighted to be joining BDG architecture + design after almost 23 years of evolution.
“It is a highly creative team of people – I have been very impressed with their strategic design approach and studio culture. I look forward to working with the great client base they have and all the team here.”
From 1997 to 2011, he developed his career at MCM Architecture (formerly Marshall Cummings Marsh), leaving as a studio design director and was involved three award winning projects.
Jackson then joined Gensler as design director, leading their EMEA and Firmwide Professional Services Firm Practice.
At Gensler, he led notable projects for a wide variety of clients including GSK, Capital Group, Bose, UEL, Debervoise & Plimpton, Omnicom, Medidata, and BCO Shortlisted projects for Nokia and Aon’s landmark move to 122 Leadenhall Street.
Jackson is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is a member of the British Council of Offices.
