Hwadi and Kerten Hospitality have shared plans for Cloud 7 Hotel Al Ahsa in Saudi Arabia.
The property falls under The Collective by Kerten Hospitality which aims to integrate various lifestyle and mixed-use projects across Saudi Arabia, after announcing a substantial commitment to invest SAR1.5 billion in 2023.
The project will feature 120 rooms and suites designed to cater to short- and long-term guests, showcasing Al Ahsa’s culture through art and design elements. Hwadi brings a track record in creative design, construction, and project execution.
The Cloud 7 Hotel Al Ahsa aims to blend with the Al Ahsa environment, positioning itself as a central venue for events and community engagement. It will be equipped to host large-scale events and will offer lifestyle-oriented accommodations.
Incorporating local and GCC-based retail and dining concepts intends to create a diverse environment, turning the hotel into a communal space where locals can gather, enjoy the amenities, and participate in events under one roof.
Saif Albluwi, Hwadi Hospitality’s managing director, believes the Cloud 7 Hotel Al Ahsa will significantly contribute to the region’s urban and cultural development, seamlessly combining hospitality, entertainment, and business.
The project also introduces ‘Ouspace,’ a business and social hub, and ‘Food Souk,’ a dining destination featuring local and regional F&B concepts, highlighting Kerten Hospitality’s commitment to supporting culinary talents in the Kingdom.
Aligned with the Abdulmonem Alrashed Humanitarian Foundation’s values, the Cloud 7 Hotel initiative emphasises social and cultural development across Saudi Arabia, aiming to empower communities and foster sustainable growth. Through various initiatives, the hotel aims to engage the local community and integrate guests into the vibrant fabric of Al Ahsa.
