Architecture and design firm iMaker Group has completed work on a palace in Riyadh’s Hittin neighbourhood. This visionary project exemplifies iMaker’s dedication to crafting spaces that blend indoor and outdoor environments, redefining the concept of luxury living.
With a reputation for delivering exclusive design solutions throughout the GCC region, iMaker’s newest endeavour spans four levels and boasts nine bedrooms with seven walk-in closets, nine living areas, six dining areas, six kitchens, nine washrooms, a cinema room, gym, beauty salon, spa area, a large indoor swimming pool, and an eight-car basement parking area.
The palace features an exquisite Asian contemporary style for its facade, which is integrated into the landscape. Zen gardens align with modern trends, complemented by sculptures and Asian-style frames.
At the heart of the estate lies an Asian-style gazebo, resplendent with luxurious seating arrangements, offering an idyllic retreat for moments of tranquillity and contemplation. iMaker’s design ensures a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, seamlessly merging the boundaries between the two areas. A buffer zone, cooled by an outdoor AC system, greets visitors as they step outside, featuring a dining area, sitting area, and a large flat-screen TV.
Throughout the palace, iMaker has merged architecture and nature. Meticulously landscaped gardens envelop the property, with trees and shrubs adorning walls and fences, providing picturesque views from within. Visitors are transported to a serene forest as they navigate pathways gracefully integrated with the surrounding landscape, featuring refined elegance through broken slabs and stones. The strategic arrangement of diverse plant life further enhances the natural ambience, evoking profound harmony within the estate.
Notably, the palace showcases an abundance of majestic palm trees, towering to create a tropical atmosphere while offering ample shade and maintaining a refreshingly cool environment. Every aspect of the landscape design underscores the concept of a living building, where the interplay between architecture and nature is captivating and organic. iMaker’s team has crafted an enchanting outdoor environment, curated to enhance the architectural grandeur of the palace, promising a mesmerising experience for its occupants and guests.
