From a hidden garden in Morocco to the running track of Barsha Pond Park.
That's where you'll find the latest chapter of the South African boutique lifestyle café.
The pretty park near Al Barsha Mall is home to the new branch of Tashas, which is inspired by Le Jardin Secret, a restored 19th century palace hidden in the Marrakech Medina.
Playing on the greenery from the park and creating a sense of openness within the space, the cafe's interiors wrapped in bottle-green tiles and ornate balustrades, complimented by bold patterns and detailing of the upholstery, adding a quirky and light-hearted edge.
Founder and MD Natasha Sideris sourced most of the design elements on a trip to Morocco so that old-world charm you'll feel inside is the real deal.
For now the menu is all about tasha's classics that regular diners will know from other outposts, including the Breakfast Royale, with curated 'Inspired By' dishes specific to the venue coming soon.
More greenery can be found at the jungle-inspired glamorous interior of Flamingo Room by Tashas at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel Dubai, where designers Basstudio were inspired by African wilderness.
Timber, brass, and marble shipped from South Africa create a bright and breezy ambience in the original Tashas in Al Wasl Road.
