The architectural design and interiors have been revealed for the new mixed-use Campbell Grey Living development in Amman, Jordan featuring residences, offices, retails and a luxury hotel.
Campbell Grey Living Amman will be located in the heart of the city’s downtown area, Abdali, with design supervised by hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray.
Comprised of two twin towers, designed by Paris-based A.S.Architecture Studio, the facade aims to create an urban statement that could be seen across the city.
The first tower, which houses the residences, is made up of pixelated glass combined with translucent marble, while the second hotel tower is covered in transparent blue screen printed glass, reminiscent of the changing reflections of the water. The hotel is scheduled for completion in 2019.
The interiors will be designed by London-based Martin Brundnizki Design, with options for one, two or three-bedroom apartments.
The apartments come as semi-furnished complete with rich hardwood oak from Lebanon that used throughout the open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The living room also features a built-in solid oak library and Lutron’s latest smart home automation systems.
The kitchen also comes complete with Mielle appliances and is fully equipped with Leicht Kitchen cabinetry, exclusive to Campbell Gray Living.
Bedrooms and common areas feature bespoke Hermes and silk wallpaper while the bathrooms feature Dornbracht taps, Duravit washbasins as well as cast stone flooring and bespoke ceramic tiles.
The art displayed through the entire development was hand-picked to include the work of renowned artists such as Huw Williams as well as that of local artists.
The apartments are also available fully furnished on request with bespoke furnishing from Martin Brundnizki Design Studio. Although boasting a contemporary aesthetic, the furnishing includes opulent touches such as hand-forged pendant lights with antique gold-leaf finishes as well as mid-century-inspired armchairs, sofas, and coffee tables.
The building also features a rooftop leisure area, designed as a private resort-style retreat for residents. It features an infinity-edge pool, private cabanas, teak loungers, a fire-pit, and a Jacuzzi.
