Like most walks of life, the design industry has been effected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
In an effort to support the industry as a whole, Cosentino - which has offices in Dubai's D3 - is working on new ways to stay connected.
While the showroom is closed temporarily, Cosentino is asking people to stay in touch using Cosentino We, its global online community for design professionals.
The platform offers resources including swatches, technical documents, design inspiration and project case studies, as well as the chance to order free samples of Dekton and Silestone that will be delivered to your doorstep.
But perhaps the coolest thing is the Lunch n’ Learn initiative, which will be offered online every weekday from 10am to 6pm.
The Cosentino team will be hosting live and interactive sessions for architects and interior designers using Microsoft Teams.
Anyone who wants to take part should email email@example.com and the team will send you an e-invite.
The sessions will be personal to each firm, which can have as many people attend as it likes.
It sounds like the perfect way to keep in touch with the industry's trends while working from home.
