A look inside the soon-to-open Address Sky View in Downtown Dubai
Designed by Burj Khalifa architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the Address Sky View is set to open its doors later this year, featuring two skyscrapers that are connected by a sky bridge.
Ahead of its opening, images have been revealed, showcasing the interiors of the mixed-use project featuring a hotel, residences and serviced apartments.
The 61-storey Tower 1 will contain serviced apartments, the spa, and the “Sky Collection” – luxury apartments above the Bridge Deck and the 56-storey Tower 2 will contain a 167 key 5-star hotel and serviced apartments.
The towers will be linked by a 3-level Sky Bridge at floor 51, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes an open leisure deck with pool, recreational, restaurant and bar facilities, a public viewing deck, a fully glazed cantilevered Skywalk accessed from the Tower 2 via dedicated panoramic shuttle elevators, and luxury duplex apartment units.
Rising at a height of over 220 meters, the 85 meters long Sky Bridge, with a height of 22 meters and maximum width of 30 meters will feature eight units of luxurious Sky collection duplexes, a 70-metre-long infinity pool that overlooks Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain, and other amenities.
