Elie Choucair

Lebanese-born, Canadian interior architect Choucair has 20 years’ experience spanning three continents — Europe, North America and Asia.

After nine years of practice in North America, the RIBA- certified Choucair moved back to the Middle East intrigued by the scale and quality of projects in the GCC, finally joining Godwin Austen Johnson in 2008. His portfolio includes the Jnan Amar Hotel Marrakech; InterContinental Hotel Sharm El Sheikh; Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait and the DoubleTree by Hilton, Kuwait.

Recently, his project the Mysk Al Mouj in Oman was highly commended in the Interior Design of the Year: Hotel category at the 2018 Commercial Interior Design Awards.
