LW Design has completed the interiors for a new Indian street food-inspired restaurant, Indya, contrasting eclectic FF&E with a simple material palette.
Located in Dubai's Le Royal Meridien at Jumeirah Beach, the circular floor plan of the restaurant gave way to an eclectic mix of seating arrangements, including a gin bar, large booth seating areas ideal for bigger groups, and an interactive open kitchen counter.
Bright colours have been implemented across the interiors, from the floor-to-ceiling artwork of Ganesh, to a range of multi-hued pieces of furniture and graphic ceramic tiles for the bar counter. This is contrasted by the sober concrete flooring and exposed ceiling.
Bifold doors around the full perimeter of the space allow for the restaurant to be fully opened allowing for al fresco dining to be enjoyed during the cooler months.
